Dana Thomas is the Executive Director of Kids Across America and has a huge heart for urban ministry. Dana has served the Lord in many different capacities including FCA, the planting of a church in Dolton, Illinois called New Life Celebration and has served as the Executive Director of Sunshine Gospel Ministries in Chicago. His working career is just as illustrious as his heart for ministry. He worked for Anderson Pest Control as a sales manager and during that same period Dana coached defensive backs at Near North High School in Chicago. After a calling from the Lord to return to ministry, Dana now resides in Branson, MO with his wife and sweetheart Bridget and their three children, Breanna, Dana and Blake.

Ron Baldwin is Chairman, President and CEO of CrossFirst Holdings, LLC and Chairman of CrossFirst Bank, a chartered state bank located in Kansas City. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife Cindy of thirty-six years and is a current board member of Kanakuk Ministries. Ron also is the Managing Member of The Standard, LLC, a Kansas City-based his and her boutique owned by his son and daughter-in-law, and serves on the National Advisory Council and Business School Advisory Council for Wichita State University. Ron is a devoted husband, father and grandfather with two grown children, Matt and Jenica, and six grandchildren. He and his family are passionate about ministry and the fulfillment from helping to further the Kingdom of God.

Doug Goodwin serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Kanakuk Ministries Branson, Missouri. He has worked with Kamp in some capacity for over twenty years. His previous responsibilities at Kanakuk included the office of Executive Director of Administration for over nine years. He is responsible for all of Kamp’s operations, but directly oversees Summer Kamps, Marketing, Web, Maintenance and Construction, Transportation, Health Services, Registration, and the Family Kamp..

Doug earned his Bachelors from the University of Oklahoma, his Masters from Central State University, and pursued his doctoral degree at Oklahoma State University and Baylor University. His experience in education includes nine years of public and private school education, where he served as teacher, coach, middle school principal and Associate Dean of a college preparatory school in Houston, TX.

Steve Utley is President and CEO of JLA, LLC, a privately held investment company. Prior to JLA, Steve was President and CEO of Inland American Communities, a national real estate investment firm. Steve resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife of twenty two years, Melissa, and three children, Jake, Luke and Abbey. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of Kanakuk Ministries and Men at the Cross. Steve counts it an honor and answer to prayer to serve the Lord through these two ministries and Joe White.

Joe White is the founder and President of M.A.T.C. and believes whole-heartedly in the mission of “empowering men to reach men.” Joe has a heart for family, service, evangelism, discipleship and missions. Through the organizations he has founded such as Cross International, Kids Across America and as the President and owner of Kanakuk Kamps, Joe’s passion for Christ and touching the lives of people young and old has become a true example and heart beat for families across the country. He and his bride, Debbie Jo, have four grown children, Jamie Jo, Courtney, Brady and Cooper, and seven grandchildren. Joe has two Honorary Doctoral Degrees and was named by New Man’s magazine as one of the Top Ten Influencers of The Century.
