Week #25 - Understanding Marriage and Family

"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word, that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless. So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."  Eph 5:25-28

3.  This clip illustrates how brightly one authentic life can outshine the tarnished lamps of the fakers. Which will you be? The one who settles for "I'm happy enough", or will you pursue a life that has the ability to transform those around  you as well?

4.  Our wives are not the only ones we are responsible for.   Our children are watching as well.   We are shaping how they perceive not only communication, love, mercy, and grace, but also their very image of Jesus and faith. Why is modeling grace so essential in teaching grace? Know that while your children are watching you, Jesus is your equipper, and with Him and in Him, all things are possible.   We believe in you.   We are in this together.   Thank you for being a Man at the Cross.
